PREZIOSA YOUNG (Italy)

Le Arti Orafe is an international annual project and competition that has been run and curated by the Le Arti Orafe (LAO) school in Florence since 2008 with the aim of supporting new generations of contemporary jewelry designers. The program is intended for creators under the age of 35 who explore avant-garde approaches to design, materials, and techniques, with the winners selected by an international jury of experts. The selected authors are rewarded with an international traveling exhibition, a catalog publication, and additional prizes from partner institutions. The exhibition presents a curated selection of works from the broader LAO collection, which includes pieces acquired from award winners through various editions of the project.
