MARIA CAMERA-SMITH, USA

An unusual path

Her craft practice is an exploration of self, body adornment, and nostalgia. She walks in the woods and observes. Along the way, she collects small physical and abstract details. By incorporating this content into her practice, she is able to immortalize the moments she has experienced while processing the emotional weight of a particular period.

Material: copper, enamel, silver

Technique: enamelling, casting
