I Do Not Resent the Acacia Tree
This work is the result of an inner emotional maturation process. It reflects the painful realization that those closest to us are often capable of inflicting the deepest wounds. The acacia becomes an allegory for loved ones whose nature is harsh and painful. By accepting that we cannot fully know others through their actions alone, a form of inner peace can emerge. The thorns transform into visible defence mechanisms – protective structures that have arisen from pain, yet necessary for survival and emotional balance.
