Touchable delights

“Sweets are a source of pleasure that gives people motivation and energy.

As a former pastry chef, I used to be obsessed with different ingredient flavour combinations and styling combinations. After pursuing a career in jewellery design, I still wanted to continue exploring the relationship between ingredients, taste and appetite. For me, food is a carrier of emotions, and the moment when food blossoms in the mouth, those inexpressible and evocative emotions of joy are worth remembering and expressing. Desserts are unusual symbols and life experiences for me. I want to explore the textures and colours of desserts to complete the presentation of the pleasurable emotions of tasting food, and hope that the viewer can also feel the same mouth-watering appetite.”
