VANESA PÉREZ CEPEDA, Argentina
Nido de loros 2/Parrots’ nest 2
From these latitudes, at the base of the corn, I become a body, I create a home, the home becomes a body, the body becomes a home. Weave a body like a home, weave a hat like a body. Breasts like homes, homes like breasts, woven and unwoven bodies, nourishment. Weaving this body that I am, that inhabits me, as if this body that I am, without ceasing to be what I am, were everything I could imagine.
Material: corn husk
Technique: crochet
