Meeting with the soul

We live in a fast-paced world, with crowds of people, loneliness, stress, irritation and a lot of noise! The noise of traffic, of our neighbours and the noise in our thoughts and feelings. How many times do we feel tired, empty? It seems as if our brains and souls are exhausted. The tension of constant alertness, listening to aggressive words ... forces us to lose ourselves. We don't feel able to think about ourselves, about how our soul is.

On the contrary, when we climb a mountain or simply observe it, we can hear the silence! We can stare at the high glaciers for hours. The peace and well-being that this scene conveys to us are immense: whiteness, fresh air, a gentle breeze. There we slow down and – yes! – we can think slowly and meet our soul, our inner essence.

Porto is Paula's city – she was born there and loves to live there. Mountains are something that comes from the depths of her soul and the place where she prefers to connect with herself. After studying psychology, she worked with people and for people in various companies for twenty-seven years. Art, aesthetics and sensitivity to the world around her have always been present and have nourished her inner world. She studied jewelry design, which grew into a passion. Since then, she has regularly attended workshops and courses with Lucy Saarnel, Benedick Fisher, Jorge Manili, Eiji Mustonen, David Clark and Adi Toch, among others. Her sensitivity has taken shape. Her inspirations and triggers are emotions and nature. Lightness, freedom and identity are constants in her work. Imperfections, simplicity, uniqueness and irregularities are also characteristics of her creations.
