She began making jewelry over thirty years ago when she discovered that metal can could be transformed into something subtle and malleable. Over time, this discovery merged with her love for art. Beyond traditional metalworking, her practice gradually opened up to new poetics, incorporating non-traditional materials and techniques. Throughout her journey in the world of jewelry, she has taken on various roles: learning and teaching, exhibiting and lecturing at conferences, coordinating round tables, and researching – all of which have contributed to the development and understanding of contemporary jewelry in her native Argentina. Today, she continues her practice in her studio in Villa Lía, San Antonio de Areco, in the province of Buenos Aires.
