Portal Series (Portal I, Portal V, Portal VII)

The “Portal” series reimagines jewelry as a threshold where material reality meets virtual, inner worlds. The layered acrylic structure, embedded with AI-generated imagery, remains physically static, yet creates subtle visual vibrations, transforming transparent matter into immersive landscapes that act as portals to the inner world. In this series, AI does not function as technology, but as a liminal tool that expands perception beyond a contemporary form of automatism. Through repeated stimulation and self-immersion, this process accesses the unconscious for slow introspective reflection. These portals guide the wearer toward an ideal inner landscape and offer a slow, reflective experience within virtual environments that reconnects the wearer with bodily, material experience.
