Medusa, glass ring series

“The Medusa captures a fleeting moment - light meets shadow, animating a seemingly still object. These pieces meditate on the delicate balance between the ephemeral and the eternal, revealing a mindfulness often obscured by the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The rings become personal artifacts. Each form embodies a moment of transformation: molten glass, chaotic and undefined, cools into a solid and enduring form. This process mirrors the energetic transitions of life, where the old gives way to the new, creating space for growth and renewal.

For me as the creator, Medusa is deeply personal – it symbolizes my own journey of navigating societal patterns, embracing moments of uncertainty, and discovering new paths. It's a process of finding balance and meaning amidst the shadows.”
