SHINE ON THE HORIZON

Three pieces of jewellery in 925 silver, representing three positive things. They are all connected by the play of colours, and their shape, including their kinetic quality, evokes surprise, playfulness, relaxation by turning and observing.

WATER UNDER THE BRIDGE Ring
A ring with a rotating element – a grinder, in which amethyst, peridot and citrine are arranged. It is named because, like a grinder, it is a reminder of the passage of time and the unnecessary burden of the past. The rotating elements are also calming or busy for some.

VETER IN HAIR Hair fork
A hair fork with a rotating pinwheel, decorated with topaz and amethyst on the arms and peridot in the centre. It expresses freedom and, alongside the otherwise elegant accessories of this type, playfulness and unpredictability.

BRIGHT FUTURE Necklace
The rose quartz, amethyst, peridot and morganite necklace has a central element in the shape of a pair of spectacles, with the stones in a kind of kaleidoscope effect, through which you see everything in front of you in beautiful, bright colours.

TI'm Tjaša Petrič Cvet. My love for design led me to the Art Gymnasium – Fine Arts, and my desire to create in media led me to the Faculty of Social Sciences. At the end of 2011, I joined the “Svet” team at TV Channel (Kanal A) as a journalist and stayed there for 10 years. During that time, I started making jewellery in silver as a self-taught artist (in 2019), and later also in gold. After finishing my maternity leave (exactly a year ago), I decided to focus my career on jewellery design and, with the desire to improve my work, from autumn 2023 I am also gaining knowledge from my mentor, jeweller David Kramarič.
